Observe. Understand. Create.
I am a hard working and committed designer with a strong desire to push myself creatively. Over the past five years I have worked mainly on websites and learned a lot about style, usability and technology. I can offer a sympathetic understanding of all elements of website design and build, from the creative concepts of design to the meticulous process of website construction.
I also offer a 3D visualisation service to all of my clients and have earned a good reputation as a 3D illustrator. I am a power Photoshop user, I use it to design and fiddle with websites before they go to the build stage, I also use it to manipulate images if I need to.
I enjoy hand coding websites in valid XHTML/CSS, and normally I work in Dreamweaver for its speed and handy predictive code feature. I am a seasoned Flash animator and have completed projects for clients such as BUPA, B&Q, and Sun Microsystems.
I am currently working at Estée Lauder companies’ online department as a web designer. I have been a practicing freelance designer since before I finished uni in 2005. I was retained by several design agencies to manage and maintain websites on behalf of their clients.
In my free time I am an enthusiastic motorcyclist and a fan of Moto GP. I have a particular fondness for Japanese and Italian sportsbikes as I am interested in the contrasting design philosophies of both countries.
